Terms of use
These terms are the end-user licence agreement (EULA) for the Cuisy app. By creating an account and using the app you accept them. The Turkish version prevails if the two versions differ.
Zero tolerance: there is no place on Cuisy for harassment, bullying, hate speech or objectionable content. Such content is removed and the accounts that post it are closed. You can report any message or profile and block any user; we act on reports within 24 hours.
1. Parties
Cuisy is provided by Yunus Senem (independent developer, Antalya, Türkiye) ("Cuisy", "we"). The person using the app is "you". The version of these terms matches the version you accept in the app: 1.0.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Cuisy.
- Use your own name and accurate details. Impersonating someone or claiming a false rank or experience is not allowed.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for what happens through it.
3. Kitchens, ranks and invite codes
- The person who opens a kitchen (the Executive Chef) manages it: invites the team, assigns ranks and departments and can remove members.
- Invite codes are only for the people invited; do not post them publicly.
- Cuisy is not an employer, a recruitment agency or a payroll tool. Shift plans and ranks are the kitchen's own arrangement; they do not replace an employment contract, wage or working-time records.
4. Your content
Your messages, profile details, photos and documents remain yours. You give us a free, worldwide licence, limited to providing the service, to store them, show them and deliver them to the people you choose. You are responsible for what you share and must have the right to share it.
5. Prohibited content and behaviour
We have zero tolerance for:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, blackmail, persistent unwanted messages.
- Hate speech and discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age or any other characteristic.
- Sexual content, sexual harassment, nudity; content that glorifies or encourages violence.
- Sharing other people's personal data, photos or documents without permission; uploading health reports.
- Spam, fraud, fake job offers, illegal goods or services.
- Trying to break the app's security, access other accounts or disrupt the service.
6. Report, block, moderation
- Long-press a message, or open a profile, and choose Report or Block. You no longer see messages from people you block.
- Objectionable words are filtered automatically before a message is sent.
- We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and warn, suspend or close the account of the user who posted it.

7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms without prior notice. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account) or on the account deletion page.
8. Fees
Cuisy's core features are free. The price and terms of any future paid feature are shown clearly before you buy; in-app purchases are also subject to the App Store or Google Play terms.
9. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable licence to use Cuisy on your own devices for personal and professional use. Copying, reverse engineering, reselling the app or scraping data with automated tools is not allowed. The Cuisy name, logo and design belong to us.
10. Limitation of liability
Cuisy is provided as is and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for content posted by users or for working relationships between kitchens and their staff. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages; your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
11. Apple and Google
This agreement is between you and Cuisy only; Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties and are not responsible for the app, its content, maintenance or support. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you. If the app fails to conform to any warranty you may notify Apple; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Claims relating to the app (product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, intellectual property) are directed to us, not Apple. You agree to comply with US and Turkish export and sanctions rules when using the app.
12. Changes
When we update these terms the version number changes. For important changes the app asks you to accept the new version; if you do not, you can delete your account.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Antalya have jurisdiction; your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved.
